A while ago my world turned upside down. I lost the ground under my feet. Familiar faces became distorted in my perception. I could not recognize my own face, deep suffering was looking at me from the mirror. Feeling anger most of the time was extremely tiring. I wanted to get rid of it and find out what I should do to live and create from the heart. I searched for the answer in books and on the web. Finally I came across a short video where people were giving testimonials to some miracle healing modality. They radiated such power of inner knowing, freedom and presence that I was compelled to try it. It is called Healing into Consciousness.
Since our early days we learn to repress our thoughts and emotions that are not acceptable by society. We want to be good for the sake of getting love and approval from our parents, teachers, church, friends and communities. We hide what is not to be seen. We put a nice Sunday dress over dirty undergarment, put artificial smile on and go out into the world. We relate to each other according to the dress. We get so identified with our costumes that we believe that’s who we are. Worse, we teach our kids appropriate dress code, that they can successfully survive in this world. I don’t want to play this Let’s Pretend game anymore. And do you know, what I have discovered? I don’t have to. It is my choice. Thanks to the Self Healing Dalian Method which helps me to see my false beliefs and behavioral patterns and release them from the cellular memory of my body layer by layer. It is the tool that allows you to express negative emotions in a safe responsible way without dumping it on others and without feeling bad about yourself for being negative. This way you dig out the root cause of your unhappiness and bring it to the light of the consciousness. This is where healing happens. I am getting closer to my center, to my true being. I am much more content now and accepting of myself , more open to life and challenges it brings. I am more compassionate towards myself and others, less judgmental. Encountering everyday life problems, I noticed that they come with the “ built-in” solutions. And they present themselves to me, as long as I am not attached to outcome. I sleep well, and my body is more relaxed. I regained my balance, and I learned not to lean on an outside structure anymore. I am not dependent on anybody’s love and approval. So let’s get “undressed”, take heavy costumes of conditionings off your shoulders. Feel your vulnerability and see that it is not real. This is what makes you authentic. This is where your true power resides. This is how we start to live and create from the heart, from the core of our being.
